Data Integration

To empower Flexibel with the necessary data to efficiently assist your customers, follow these steps:

Accessing the Project Dashboard​

  1. Go to Your Project Dashboard: Navigate to the dashboard of the project you created in your Flexibel account.
  2. Select the Import Data Tab: In the dashboard, find and select the 'Import Data' tab.

Data Ingestion Options​

Flexibel offers multiple ways to ingest data:

  • URLs: You can provide URLs from which Flexibel will extract relevant information.
  • File Uploads: Flexibel accepts various file types such as .docx, .txt, .md, and .pdf. Upload these files to feed data into the chatbot.
  • Web Crawler: Utilize the web crawler to retrieve information from all related websites. Enter the main website URL to start the crawl. (You have the option to exclude certain URLs or specify if all relevant URLs start with the same path.)

Finalizing Data Import​

After selecting your data sources:

  1. Start the Data Import Process: Initiate the ingestion process to allow Flexibel to start gathering and organizing the data.
  2. Verify Data Integration: Check if the data is correctly integrated by testing the chatbot's responses on your website.

With Flexibel now installed and equipped with the necessary data, your website is ready to provide enhanced customer service experiences through efficient AI-driven interactions.
